The lobby at Zerin Place(370 South Street in London, ON) was recently outfitted with seating and tables resulting in a polished and welcoming foyer space. The project features exclusively Canadian-made furniture, a highlight that compliments the blooming SOHO neighborhood.
The objective was to design a comfortable and inviting space where residents and guests can relax, collaborate, and work in. To ensure the seating could withstand typical lobby traffic, the OFGO Unify collection in Challenger vinyl was specified for the chairs and couches. This vinyl is 6x more durable than the average commercial fabric and is easy to clean. For guest seating at the tables, the Astute collection from Allseating was selected for its combination of modern design and durability. The tables pair a mix of Artopex and OFGO’s base and legs with Artopex tops, allowing us to colour match all of the tables with a warm yet striking brown laminate while meeting variation requirements and tight installation timelines.
Although still under construction, the Zerin Place lobby will look onto a lively recreational green space, a perfect view for inspiring creativity and collaboration.
