Had an exceptionally great experience with Blair's atWork. I purchased a new HON Ignition 2.0 off of a Wirecutter recommendation and it was available for pickup the very next day. I love these people.I purchased an office chair back in 2020 and it sees a LOT of use. Its fantastic.Then I had a part fail over two years later and they came to me and fixed it.Where do you find service like that anymore? Just here it seems.

I have shopped here on two separate occasions. Initially instore for a personal purchase, I was greeted warmly and treated with friendly, respectful professionalism. I received a quality chair that the salesperson helped me choose and I am so happy with the purchase over a year later. My second interaction was for business use and my interactions with the salesperson (Aaron) were strictly over the phone and via email, but he was still so helpful, polite and professional! Aaron was able to help me identify the right products for our needs, in our price range and make all the appropriate arrangements for delivery and set-up as quickly as possible to help facilitate our timeline.
