- Mid-high Back height adjustment moves the back up or down to fit various body sizes
- Built-in lumbar support
- Upgraded synchro-tilt mechanism reclines the back at a higher ratio than the seat for proper back alignment
- Pneumatic seat height adjustment
- Tilt tension controls the rate and ease of recline
- Adjustable height and width polyurethane T-arms move up and down, and toward and away from the body to adapt to various body sizes
- Black 5-star base is molded from reinforced, high-strength resin

I love these people.I purchased an office chair back in 2020 and it sees a LOT of use. Its fantastic.Then I had a part fail over two years later and they came to me and fixed it.Where do you find service like that anymore? Just here it seems.

I have shopped here on two separate occasions. Initially instore for a personal purchase, I was greeted warmly and treated with friendly, respectful professionalism. I received a quality chair that the salesperson helped me choose and I am so happy with the purchase over a year later. My second interaction was for business use and my interactions with the salesperson (Aaron) were strictly over the phone and via email, but he was still so helpful, polite and professional!
