Very comfortable! Normally I sit in a $1200 Humanscale Freedom so I was a bit concerned in trying the Q2 out over a couple weeks (that it wouldn’t be as comfortable). But I was very impressed. Seat adjusts to the perfect length, I like the slight curve of the back. Loads of adjustment to the arms. Quite nice! I recommend ICON chairs as they have been very good, reliable options and have great warranty and customer service.

I have been using the Icon Q2 in my apartment for roughly 3 years and love it. It is quite comfortable, supportive, and I enjoy the breathability that the mesh back provides. The quality of the chair is great too- i’ve had no issue with any cosmetic wear and all mechanisms work as they did the day I got it. Would highly recommend this chair!

Top notch quality of product, customer service and shipping! James was great to work with on my small home office project. Furniture was ready faster than anticipated and when it arrived on skid, it was impeccably packed. However there was a small bit of damage to the inside of a cabinet door and the hardware was not correct. James was wonderful and he had a new door fabricated and shipped out with the correct hardware quickly. The quality of the furniture is amazing, it is heavy, sturdy and will last years to come. I am so glad I chose atWork for my home office needs. Furniture at big box stores doesn't come close to the quality of the Belair products I bought. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend

Ordered a service counter online, They assembled it and shipped to me, there was a tiny chip on the bottom but it wasn't a big deal. However, when I mentioned it to them, atWork offered me a rebate because of the damage and the team was really open to listening and making sure I got the best experience.
