Project for Family Services Thames Valley delivered multi-floor custom office design with modular workstations, reception, and acoustic sound reduction solutions
Starting from the reception, Family Services received a fully custom reception desk and storage system ensuring client intake is smooth and comfortable. Desking, storage, task and guest chairs were delivered to each of the private offices. The boardroom received a full setup of modular tables- able to be rearranged for class-like setups or traditional boardroom style meetings. Hon Ignition stackable guest chairs on smooth roll castors were chosen in the boardroom for their comfort and efficiency. An interesting necessity that was realized after the initial install was the need for more acoustic paneling in the boardroom and throughout the rest of the building. Harmony paneling was suspended on cables from the ceiling which drastically reduces noise issues throughout the space.
On the third floor, client meeting rooms were designed with maximum privacy and comfort in mind implementing fully custom acoustic panel walls, comfortable club chairs, and simple storage tables. The selected colours inspire calm and connection. The cubicle style workstations were designed to maximize the use of the space while maintaining privacy and efficiency.
The entire project is tied together with colour, texture, and sound- appealing to many of the senses that contribute to comfort and peace. This creates a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

***This project required extensive sound reduction in the private meeting rooms and offices. This was achieved by implementing custom Harmony acoustic panels on the walls, ceiling and workstations creating a comfortable yet private atmosphere.
