I helped my mother purchase the HON Ignition 2.0 Office Chair through AtWork, and it was a fantastic and stress-free experience from start to finish. I was skeptical at first because they offer it at the only reasonable price in Canada that I can find, but there were very few negative reviews about AtWork as a company; after ordering through them, now I can see why.Here’s how my experience went:- The timeline was established clearly before I had made my purchase, and didn’t change or experience any delays despite the issues everywhere (such as the flooding in BC making shipping slower.)- We were contacted as soon as the order had been placed to confirm, and were given contact information in case we had any questions or concerns about the process, the wait, etc. We didn’t need it because they were so effective, but it was nice to know there was the option.- When the chair arrived, the manufacturer hadn’t packed it with the necessary support post. The delivery folks for AtWork checked the box before unloading off the truck to confirm all parts were there, so they were able to let me know about the mishap before it was even unloaded.- They offered to take the chair back completely until the post was available and reship it in full, but were very accommodating, and after finding one for me, delivered the post the next day.- The delivery folks and administration were all very friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the experience.Overall, I’m incredibly impressed with their customer service, accountability, and ability to deliver on their deadlines and promises! I’ll definitely be ordering through AtWork again for any new office furniture moving forward.
