Great service. I’m located out of province and they were still able to fit my needs. Our home office looks great with custom size desks. When the desks were delivered, they had sent the wrong leg for one of my returns. The staff were extremely helpful and not the least bit pushy. The chair developed a squeak but the part and labour to install it were included in the warrantee. I definitely recommend Lovers atWork!
After hiring an additional staff, we had to furnish office and I dealt with Lovers at work/Team at work. we were so impressed with their service, they brought this heavy desk three flights of stairs, they assembled the desk after assisting with taking an old table apart which was not part of the deal. I would recommend them!!!!

We found the atWork team when we needed to have a long boardroom table made. We were thrilled they are Canadian. We sent an email asking for information and soon a rep contacted us. An email was received with a wide selection of colour choices and other options and we made our picks. We were given a six week manufacture timeframe and provided a cost for delivery and setup (we are fairly distant). We agreed to the associated costs and our table arrived promptly at six weeks. The two guys were helpful in dismantling our old table and then carefully hauled the new one down to our boardroom and spent a couple of hours setting it up. The colour is fantastic, the table is just the size we were looking for, and our board is happy. Overall these guys were really easy to contact, easy to order with, and generally just really great. We highly recommend their work and their team. Thanks!

I went there for the first time in November 2022 and I should have gone before. They carry products from many great companies and you can find a nice and solid desk there. Many choices of new and used desk onsite or tons of choices of that can be order and customized. I ended up choosing desks and accessories from Belair a Canadian company out of London, I was able to see the colors onsite before I order.I am waiting for the product to be delivered but so far my experience with atWork was great !

Is it possible to feel so enthusiastic about an office furniture store? These folks are amazing – a small, tight team operating a showroom up in Vaughan. They accommodated my need to kick a few tires at the height of the pandemic, and despite me going in for a fancy Herman Miller chair I wound up leaving with their house brand, the ICON Architect. The chair was super comfy but after a couple of years started to exhibit a bit more signs of wear than I had expected. They offer a very generous warranty and I called them up last week expecting to be put through the RMA mill and at best, being sent some new bolts for the chair. Instead, they facilitated the easiest ever warranty service I’ve received. They contacted the manufacturer and had a brand new, improved version of the chair brought in. The same person I filed the warranty claim with drove downtown and personally swapped out the chair for a *very* reasonable delivery charge. I am ecstatic with the service I have received and wouldn’t dream of shopping elsewhere for my next office chair, desk, whatever… I wish they’d do stoves and fridges too 😂

Great value and customer service! I ordered an office chair for shorter people so it was a special order. The instructions that came with it did not match up and seemed to be missing parts. They sent a driver out within an hour or so and we went over it together. They agreed this was not quite right and took the chair back to investigate. Turns out the manufacturer sends universal instructions with no indication that there could be models differing from these “universal” instructions.. AtWork delivered my chair fully assembled to me the next day and emailed me the correct instructions for my specific model. Amazing customer service and a great product! After a lifetime of struggling with sciatica, this chair resolves all my posture issues. At 5′ 5″ I did not consider myself a shorter person, but this chair does the trick along with the footrest. It’s definitely worth the extra money and I anticipate I will get longer use out of this chair than any other that I have owned before.
Prompt and detail-oriented service. They called to ensure I would be home when my order was delivered. Great for anyone setting up a home office or if you want extra help picking out products.

My Office recently purchased the L Shaped Waterfall Reception Station. The amount of space offered by the desk and storage cubbies has proven to be valuable. The people who delivered and assembled the unit were professional, quick and very much appreciated.

I think brick and mortar stores are good, but Jeff’s is the best! Just finished purchasing items from both clearance and new, and Debbie and Aaron don’t just know everything about office furniture, they were kind, took time to really listen and we ended up really confident in our purchase. We were offered delivery, set up and assembly, in store partial assembly … just felt that Jeff’s had the ability to meet our needs regardless of what we wanted. Good to know they are local too!! They think they made just one sale, but I know I’ll be back for more ;-)
Lots of floor samples they will sell you. Tried a few different chairs and left with the one I will use for the next 10 years!
I picked up a desktop in store because there wasn’t a photo of the colour I wanted online. Customer service was good and the quality of the desktop was as expected (there were minor scratches on the edge aside from the below). The only thing I would note is to unbox and inspect your purchase within 24 hours. The warehouse people loaded the desktop into my car with a noticeable puncture on the outside packaging. I didn’t think much of it since I assumed that they wouldn’t have loaded a product that was potentially damaged. It wasn’t until I opened the box at home that I saw that my desktop was damaged where the outside box was punctured. Based on the depth of the hole and scratch, the box must have been hit/dropped fairly hard to make a dent through the cardboard. It was past the 24 hour notice so I just built my desk.

It’s been a long time since amazing customer service has impressed me. I was in the market for a chair mat and when I asked around, I was told there were a lot of awful ones out there. I found atWork Office Furniture and started chatting with Rodney on their great chat pop-up. I ordered the mat right away on the advice of the chatter. Once it arrived, I found there was a manufacturing flaw in it. (I was told this is very uncommon as they have been ordering from this company for 30 years!)After asking if I can fix this, the owner called me up and said he would replace it. They kindly delivered it to me before Christmas. I am very grateful that they got it to me before then. I was also looking for a chair and again, Rodney helped me by asking what I liked or needed in a specific office chair and he sent me a selection online. From the start of the sale, they sent me confirmations, updates and even a Christmas e-mail. A special thanks to Blair for extending fabulous customer service. Great service, and nice product selection with Canadian-made options. I was looking for a new desk table top and found atWork. They sell a nice variety of products. Unfortunately it seems most items are made-to-order, so there’s a huge delay between ordering and shipping, but they’re upfront about this and very clear. Customer support is super helpful, and the local delivery to Guelph went well — they ended up delivering it 2 weeks early, which was wonderful. I’ll definitely shop here again.

Large place with a good amount of options on new and used furniture. Sales staff were okay, they brought chairs from their own office for me to try that they didn’t have on the showroom floor, however they didn’t give me much information on each chair. It could be beneficial to explain features and details of products to customers, but that’s just my opinion, otherwise a good place to get office furniture.

Ordered a Hon chair for home office, it came at a great price. They had to wait for a volume order for the item that is not normally carried in Canada so the order took a little while longer. Staff was very friendly and when my order came through a bit over a month it came pre-assembled. Not sure if their website was setup with individual buyers in mind, but it would be maybe nicer to have some sort of status updates on the account page. Overall though I got what I was looking for and delivery was free so no complaints. Clarification free delivery because I’m local to them.

Very happy with my standing desk and filing cabinet I ordered to help level up my working! There prices were decent but the quality seems amazing. These are going to last forever! Their communication was great throughout the process. A side benefit is they are a Canadian company and have a local warehouse.

atWork is a classic example of never judge a book by its cover. They’re not fancy, their website is definitely not as sleek as the big furniture brands – but their products and prices are top quality!If you’re looking to set up your home office in the post-pandemic era, I highly recommend you start with atwork’s refurbished Arron chair. Looks and feels brand new and is less than half the price of a new one.If you’re not sure what to buy, they also have a very helpful recommendations section on their website. I did my own research – and their recommendations are in line with those of independent reviewers.
Bought a table for my office. It came sooner than expected. Unfortunately it was not assembled and there were no pre-drilled holes for me to assemble. I contacted atWork and they sent someone that week to assemble it at no cost for me! It looks great! Excellent quality. We’ve had one in a different office for 15 years (Same one) and it stands the test of time!

This was a great experience. Love my new desk (Icon Straight desk with O legs). Putting it together was a simple task and the material is super strong. The O-legs are quite heavy and made from real steel. Delivery was amazingly quick and well communicated. Follow up and customer care is excellent. This was my first new desk ever, my old desk was bought used from the UWO in London – many decades ago. The desk is modern and the 66″ width is now allowing me to run with two computers on my desk, as is needed during this work from home period. The height is just excellent and overall I am very happy with it.

Found these guys online during covid lockdown. So happy with the Belair Lite lateral filing cabinets I ordered! The delivery people were very efficient, courteous, and helpful. The filing cabinets look great in my home office and I’d highly recommend the product and Blair’s atWork to anyone. (FYI, if you have carpeting, you’ll need a little riser for the bottom drawer to clear the carpet pile if it’s high.)
