From first consultation to final install—handled every step of the way.
Consult
Site Visit
- Virtual and In-Person Consultation
- We come out on site to measure the space, take photos of existing conditions, and meet with the customer to go over their needs for the space.
- Having a PDF or AutoCAD drawing of the space helps speed up this process.
- Sometimes we bring samples on site to ensure we match existing furniture (if needed).
Design
Initial Concept Drawings
- First drawings are completed and sent to the customer for approval.
- These will include sample suggestions if they had not already been selected.
Revisions
- May include different layout or furniture options.
- It is typical for a project to go through 2–3 revisions.
- Sometimes we have an in-office meeting to review drawings in person and go through samples.
Final Drawings
- The final drawings are approved and used to create a quote for the customer.
- These may be sent off to our manufacturers for quoting (panel systems or custom pieces).
Order
Quote / Order
- Once the quote has been approved, the order is placed and we coordinate shipping and delivery.
- We work with our manufacturers to get your order ready.
Install Drawings
- Created from the final drawings and may include manufacturer drawings if available.
- These will include more dimensions and notes for our install team.
Install
Delivery and Installation
- Our team brings the furniture on site and installs everything according to the drawings.
Deficiency Meeting (if needed)
- The final step, where if anything was damaged or shipped incorrectly, we make note of it and have it replaced, repaired, and re-installed.
Follow Up
- We stay in touch to make sure you are happy with everything and answer any questions.
