Great value and customer service! I ordered an office chair for shorter people so it was a special order. The instructions that came with it did not match up and seemed to be missing parts. They sent a driver out within an hour or so and we went over it together. They agreed this was not quite right and took the chair back to investigate. Turns out the manufacturer sends universal instructions with no indication that there could be models differing from these "universal" instructions.. AtWork delivered my chair fully assembled to me the next day and emailed me the correct instructions for my specific model. Amazing customer service and a great product! After a lifetime of struggling with sciatica, this chair resolves all my posture issues. At 5' 5" I did not consider myself a shorter person, but this chair does the trick along with the footrest. It's definitely worth the extra money and I anticipate I will get longer use out of this chair than any other that I have owned before.

We recently furnished 8 new offices. Working with Matt Ottaway was a real pleasure. He was responsive, helpful, and always happy to give his input on design and options. He was honest and helped us save money where possible.Similarly, the delivery and installation was excellent. The furniture installers were all polite, efficient, and helpful as well. Everything went very smoothly. The minor hiccups were all immediately addressed by Matt and Lovers atWork. They went out of their way to make sure to make everything right. We are very pleased with our new furniture and with the customer service we received.

I ordered a Humanscale Ergo Chair. Great quality at a very competitive price. The customer service contacts were exceptionally friendly and personal, and the updates were frequent. I was extremely pleased with their customer-centric approach. The only issue I had was that it took 22 days from order to delivery. Otherwise an easy 5 Stars and I still heartily recommend the company.

We have used Lovers atWork for many if our office furniture needs. The staff are friendly and helpful and work hard to ensure you have the best setup both ergonomically and visually. We have has Eric help us many times and each time he is great with communication and knowing what we are looking for. Even if some items are delayed due to Covid supply chain, Eric ensures you know the estimated timeline and in some cases personally delivers items to give it that personal touch. Would highly recommend!

Price of chair was the best I could ask for, chair is comfortable compared to two others I have used and sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable… and yes, I am a picky person who is happy to pay for good product but does not like to be cheated… if my single purchase is an accurate example of how this company runs, I would strongly recommend them … oh, the shipping was also prompt. My only complaint is that I wished I had of bought a desk from them too… my fault!

In Dec., I ordered a beautiful foot rocker, which was delivered in a couple of days even though it was during the Christmas rush. Sadly, because I have a computer desk with a pull-out keyboard shelf, the foot rocker raises my legs too high to fit under the desk, so I had to return it. The people I dealt with concerning the return/refund were very friendly & amazingly understanding in our email exchanges. You can tell how well a company is run and whether its staff is valued by how customers are handled so all I can say is atWork must be a fabulous place to work. I so wish I could have kept the foot rocker, if only to support this fabulous company! Continued success in all your endeavors.

I recently purchased a pneumatic standing desk from atWork and it's perfect! I specifically wanted a pneumatic desk just because from my research, it's much faster to raise and lower compared to electric or crank standing desks, it's still functional during a power outage and it's much more flexible in terms of placement since it's not restricted by power cords. Another major selling point was the fact that it has WHEELS so it's even more flexible and manoeuvrable. This is especially important for me because space in my room is limited but working from home all the time, I nonetheless needed a decent desk and being able to easily roll it around as needed in order to access things in the room or create more space is amazing! The atWork team were so professional and contacted me immediately after I placed my order to let me know what to expect in terms of shipping time and to provide their contact information, if needed. The information they provided was very clear so I didn't need to follow-up and delivery was prompt and easy. The day before delivery, they called me to ensure that someone would be around to receive the package and carried it right to my door. Assembly of the product was also straightforward and no parts were missing or defective. I am VERY happy with my purchase and would recommend this company to others, especially those working from home. Thank you atWork team for quality service for a quality product!

I think brick and mortar stores are good, but Jeff's is the best! Just finished purchasing items from both clearance and new, and Debbie and Aaron don't just know everything about office furniture, they were kind, took time to really listen and we ended up really confident in our purchase. We were offered delivery, set up and assembly, in store partial assembly ... just felt that Jeff's had the ability to meet our needs regardless of what we wanted. Good to know they are local too!! Classic spice table top 60x30Absolutely awesome! Was packaged securely, and delivered right on time (Got a call a day before delivery regarding the delivery date and time-11:30 AM, the next day item was delivered at 11:26 AM) – shows how super professional these guys are!The table top looks great on my black standing desk frame. Stunning finish and touch feel on the laminate. Corners are not too rounded, just enough to give the sharp tight look. Looks rock solid and durable. Pretty sure its going to last a lifetime! I picked up a desktop in store because there wasn't a photo of the colour I wanted online. Customer service was good and the quality of the desktop was as expected (there were minor scratches on the edge aside from the below). The only thing I would note is to unbox and inspect your purchase within 24 hours. The warehouse people loaded the desktop into my car with a noticeable puncture on the outside packaging. I didn't think much of it since I assumed that they wouldn't have loaded a product that was potentially damaged. It wasn't until I opened the box at home that I saw that my desktop was damaged where the outside box was punctured. Based on the depth of the hole and scratch, the box must have been hit/dropped fairly hard to make a dent through the cardboard. It was past the 24 hour notice so I just built my desk.

I was looking to buy a Hon Ignition 2.0 chair for my home office and atWork had the best deal in the area (and far cheaper than Amazon!). Plus, I was able to customize the chair to my liking and have it shipped to my home for free. I have been in this store twice now, and both times I walked around for 20-30 minutes trying out chairs and looking at desks. Both times, not a single person said even a hello. Not only that, they almost seemed to actively avoid me. Everytime I walked towards someone to talk to them, they would walk away quickly. I even yelled "excuse me" to a lady and she turned the other way and left. I can only assume it was like this because I wasn't wearing a suit and tie and didn't look like some corporate hot shot. It's too bad for them as I was there to spend quite a bit of money.

It's been a long time since amazing customer service has impressed me. I was in the market for a chair mat and when I asked around, I was told there were a lot of awful ones out there. I found atWork Office Furniture and started chatting with Rodney on their great chat pop-up. I ordered the mat right away on the advice of the chatter. Once it arrived, I found there was a manufacturing flaw in it. (I was told this is very uncommon as they have been ordering from this company for 30 years!)After asking if I can fix this, the owner called me up and said he would replace it. They kindly delivered it to me before Christmas. I am very grateful that they got it to me before then. I was also looking for a chair and again, Rodney helped me by asking what I liked or needed in a specific office chair and he sent me a selection online. From the start of the sale, they sent me confirmations, updates and even a Christmas e-mail. A special thanks to Blair for extending fabulous customer service. We have previously purchased furniture from Lovers so we were aware that they carried quality products so we went to them first when we were looking for furniture for our office. We selected some reception furniture from some suggested products and placed our order. When our furniture arrived we found that it did not really fit what our clients needed once the clients tested it out. I emailed Eric who was helping us with our order to let him know the client feedback we had on the chairs. Pregnant women are a special demographic for furniture due to their mobility challenges through the months. Eric responded right away and although our pieces were custom - he immediately offered to make it right. I was shocked as generally with most companies, this is not the level of customer service given. Eric went away to find us even more options based on the client feedback and came back with the PERFECT solution. We received them today and we can't be more happy! Eric and the atWork team really stepped up and certainly did a great job! Thank you so much!!!! Customers for life!

Ordered an Icon Q2, it was easy to order online and the service team were prompt to answer my questions. Shipping was smooth once I was signed up for text alerts from the shipper.The chair is great. My old Serta chair had to be raised too far from the floor to reach the desk properly and then the arms couldn't be adjusted to the proper height. This chair fixes all of that. It does have a pretty stiff spring for leaning back, but you can lock the position.

Great service, and nice product selection with Canadian-made options. I was looking for a new desk table top and found atWork. They sell a nice variety of products. Unfortunately it seems most items are made-to-order, so there's a huge delay between ordering and shipping, but they're upfront about this and very clear. Customer support is super helpful, and the local delivery to Guelph went well -- they ended up delivering it 2 weeks early, which was wonderful. I'll definitely shop here again.

Large place with a good amount of options on new and used furniture. Sales staff were okay, they brought chairs from their own office for me to try that they didn't have on the showroom floor, however they didn't give me much information on each chair. It could be beneficial to explain features and details of products to customers, but that's just my opinion, otherwise a good place to get office furniture.

Ordered a Hon chair for home office, it came at a great price. They had to wait for a volume order for the item that is not normally carried in Canada so the order took a little while longer. Staff was very friendly and when my order came through a bit over a month it came pre-assembled. Not sure if their website was setup with individual buyers in mind, but it would be maybe nicer to have some sort of status updates on the account page. Overall though I got what I was looking for and delivery was free so no complaints. Clarification free delivery because I'm local to them.

atWork is a classic example of never judge a book by its cover. They’re not fancy, their website is definitely not as sleek as the big furniture brands - but their products and prices are top quality!If you’re looking to set up your home office in the post-pandemic era, I highly recommend you start with atwork’s refurbished Arron chair. Looks and feels brand new and is less than half the price of a new one.If you’re not sure what to buy, they also have a very helpful recommendations section on their website. I did my own research - and their recommendations are in line with those of independent reviewers.

Bought a table for my office. It came sooner than expected. Unfortunately it was not assembled and there were no pre-drilled holes for me to assemble. I contacted atWork and they sent someone that week to assemble it at no cost for me! It looks great! Excellent quality. We've had one in a different office for 15 years (Same one) and it stands the test of time!

This was a great experience. Love my new desk (Icon Straight desk with O legs). Putting it together was a simple task and the material is super strong. The O-legs are quite heavy and made from real steel. Delivery was amazingly quick and well communicated. Follow up and customer care is excellent. This was my first new desk ever, my old desk was bought used from the UWO in London - many decades ago. The desk is modern and the 66" width is now allowing me to run with two computers on my desk, as is needed during this work from home period. The height is just excellent and overall I am very happy with it.

Always friendly and quick service at Jeff's atWork Office Furniture. Originally they helped me find a great desk chair years ago and I brought it in for a repair today. The repair process was quick and easy. If you're looking for office furniture, check them out! Their Salt & Pper showroom is nice, too!
