Not as expected. This chair is not for big and specially for tall people. I would not recommend it.

Pros:
– Fast delivery
– Box in good condition
– Easy to assemble
– Metal frame
– Wide

Cons:
– Not for tall people. Low seat height, low arm rest
– Not much back lumbar support
– Thin seat cushion
– Not good to be used as office chair for 8 hours

An entry level into Big & Tall chairs. Good to compare this to an everyday chair of similar price range. Heavy Duty base. Larger seat measurements. Thick seat cushion. There certainly are more expensive, specialty chairs but if you need a chair, are considering settling for a regular task chair because of no budget (but truly need something larger) this is a good compromise.

Original: I can't recommend Lovers AtWork enough. I moved to a new office in July, and the process of ordering exactly what I needed could not have been easier. Their delivery people were superb, as were the warehouse staff who assisted me in adding to/changing my order at the last minute. When the furniture was delivered, the staff who came to my office were fast, courteous, did an excellent job assembling and positioning the furniture in line with my requests, and there wasn't a scratch on a single piece they brought in for me. They also offered to take all the trash/wrappings away at the end. I will be using AtWork for all future office furniture needs, and I wouldn't hesitate to rec\commend them to any of my colleagues or fellow business owners.
