Their delivery people were superb, as were the warehouse staff who assisted me in adding to/changing my order at the last minute. When the furniture was delivered, the staff who came to my office were fast, courteous, did an excellent job assembling and positioning the furniture in line with my requests, and there wasn't a scratch on a single piece they brought in for me. They also offered to take all the trash/wrappings away at the end.
