Moving the keyboard closer can help you sit back against your chair while keeping your elbows nearer your sides. The large platform provides room for both the keyboard and mouse without forcing them onto separate levels.

Simple One-Handed Adjustment

The Humanscale 6G mechanism raises and lowers with a natural one-handed motion. There are no locking levers to loosen or tighten each time you change position.

Once the tray is at a comfortable height, the Dial-a-Tilt control lets you change the keyboard angle. This makes it easier to adjust the system throughout the day or share the workstation with another user.

Negative Tilt for Comfortable Typing

The 6G platform adjusts from a level position into a negative tilt, with the front edge positioned slightly higher than the back. This can help keep the hands and wrists in a more neutral position while typing.

The platform does not tilt upward into a positive angle, which helps avoid forcing the wrists back toward the forearms.

Stores Beneath the Worksurface

When the keyboard is not needed, the tray slides beneath the desk along its mounting track. This clears the desktop and moves the platform out of the way.

Before ordering, check the underside of the desk carefully. Drawers, support rails, control boxes, crossbars and shallow worksurfaces may interfere with the track or prevent the tray from storing fully beneath the desk.
