The adjustable lumbar support and lower-back firmness control let you change both the position and feel of the support behind your lower back. The seat-depth adjustment moves the seat forward or backward, helping users of different heights find a more comfortable amount of support beneath their legs.

Steelcase technology allows the backrest to flex and change shape as you move. Rather than holding your back in one rigid position, the chair responds as you sit upright, shift position or recline.

Adjustable recline tension lets you control how easily the chair leans back, while the variable back stop allows you to choose how far the chair reclines. This gives you support and control without making the chair feel fixed in place.

Adjustable Support for Arms and Shoulders
