I had a very positive experience with Jeff's atWork Office Furniture and the broader atWork organization. I bought an office chair a few months ago. The shopping experience was very good at Jeff's. Debbie was very helpful. I ended up ordering online because I needed it shipped to a different occasion. After a few months the chair developed some problems, but was still under manufacturer's warranty. I contacted Jeff's and they were very helpful dealing with the issue and handling the communications with the manufacturer. A replacement part was shipped to me promptly via Purolator and things are back to normal. Many thanks to Debbie Bevaart, Melanie Ottaway and Laura Bougie for their help! I will not hesitate to do business with atWork in the future.
