Furniture was ready faster than anticipated and when it arrived on skid, it was impeccably packed. However there was a small bit of damage to the inside of a cabinet door and the hardware was not correct. James was wonderful and he had a new door fabricated and shipped out with the correct hardware quickly. The quality of the furniture is amazing, it is heavy, sturdy and will last years to come. I am so glad I chose atWork for my home office needs. Furniture at big box stores doesn't come close to the quality of the Belair products I bought. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend

Ordered a service counter online, They assembled it and shipped to me, there was a tiny chip on the bottom but it wasn't a big deal. However, when I mentioned it to them, atWork offered me a rebate because of the damage and the team was really open to listening and making sure I got the best experience. If you are a CEO,CFO,CMO or many more this is the chair for you. Well-built in Toronto Ontario Canada, this CXO will stand the test of time. I have sat in mine for over 10 years every day and would not trade it for the world.

As a software developer, I have used one of these for over 12 years, every day, 8-10 hours a day. I’m 6’3 with a tall torso. I have to say I really like it and it has stood the test of time. The cushion didn’t ‘squish’ like most do over time and is made of a fantastic material. The concave arm rests are very nice as well. The only thing I wished it had is and adjustable height back so the entire back portion could be moved up and down, but for most people this won’t be a problem
