    I have tried them all starting with the Herman Miller Aeron, Steelcase and so – and then thought I would try some of the cheap chairs on Amazon. It has all been a bust since 2002.

    And then I decided to take a chance on this chair. I saw little downside since I could not try it out due to my location – and I called and asked a couple of questions I had. Reviews were hard to find.

    I was reasonably confident based on the answers provided – and so I took the plunge and a day or so later the chair arrived. Not much to putting it together, but I can say whole heartedly, this is the best chair I have had for my home office since 1998.

    It IS Solid, it doesn’t squeak and the arms don’t move around like the 3 Steelcase chairs I bought, it has the most comfortable and thick seat cushion I have ever tried – not too hard, not too soft, and it IS thick. Holds you in place.

    I am late 70’s and have two fused lumbar discs and one in my neck, I have a dislocated SI joint and I have severe arthritis. And this chair puts all those issues behind me.

    I recommend this chair for anyone especially for people who cannot find a chair that they are comfortable sitting in. I only sit in it about 3 hours a day at this point – but it is as close to perfect as one can get!

I had a very positive experience with Jeff's atWork Office Furniture and the broader atWork organization. I bought an office chair a few months ago. The shopping experience was very good at Jeff's. Debbie was very helpful. I ended up ordering online because I needed it shipped to a different occasion. After a few months the chair developed some problems, but was still under manufacturer's warranty. I contacted Jeff's and they were very helpful dealing with the issue and handling the communications with the manufacturer. A replacement part was shipped to me promptly via Purolator and things are back to normal. Many thanks to Debbie Bevaart, Melanie Ottaway and Laura Bougie for their help! It was a pleasure to deal with Lisa, Will and all the installers from atWork. They had the best price available for the furniture pieces we needed.
